War Horse Concepts reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. This will include items purchased that are not legal to own in your state or country, including any items to complete the receiver of a firearm. Please check all applicable laws in your state to ensure the purchased items are legal to possess, or War Horse Concepts will remove the prohibited item and refund the sale minus any applicable fees.
Other Conditions
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. War Horse Concepts reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Taxes
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where War Horse Concepts holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, War Horse Concepts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. War Horse Concepts shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, War Horse Concepts will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
Waiver of Liability
This agreement releases War Horse Concepts from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during use of its products. By acknowledging this agreement, I agree to hold War Horse Concepts entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
By accepting these agreements, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against War Horse Concepts for any reason. In return, I will receive all products purchased. I will also make every effort to obey all safety precautions associated with shooting sports, and to inspect all items purchased for defects before use. I will ask for clarification when needed on the usage of items purchased from War Horse Concepts.
Acceptance of Policies
By placing an order, you are required to read, accept, and adhere to all policies laid forth by War Horse Concepts.
